We want you to
be satisfied. If your package arrives damaged,
we ask that you notify both us and the carrier within 3 day of receipt.
Keep everything just as it arrived to you. The carrier will
usually send out an inspector to photograph the package and start a
claim in progress. Once the carrier has inspected your package and
its been returned we'll ship you another item at no additional charge.
We've been blessed with very few damaged deliveries, in over 5,000
shipments we've only had two items damaged, one item lost, and one item
missed shipped.
If your item has a defect, let us know.
We'll ask you to send back the manufacturers packaging with the item and we'll
cover reasonable costs of return shipping. Please ship the package back to
us in the box we sent it in. We'll send you a replacement as soon as your
original item is received. So far we've had two items arrive with defects;
an MSR stove (cracked fuel pump) and a Therm-a-rest Mattress (poor stitching on
the cover). We hope it stays that way, but we stand behind what we sell.
If there's no problem or defect with your purchase,
return it to us only if the tags, stickers, and packaging is still intact and
the item is in resalable condition. If the item arrives in resalable condition
we'll refund your payment less what it cost us to ship it to you. Items
must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
General Return information. If you need to
ship your item back to us, insure it, and ship it with delivery confirmation, we
can't accept responsibility for what we haven't received. If possible use
the package we sent it to you in. Return your item with everything it came
with, instructions, upc codes, manufacturer packaging etc. Never ship
anything to us unless you've contacted us first.
